A sunday afternoon walk with my family around the cliffs and crags of Binevenagh.
The river Roe flows from the Sperrin Mountains into flat farmland where it starts to meander and is perhaps one of the better examples of a meandering river in Northern Ireland.
Binevenagh is a low hill with dramatic cliffs and erosional features on the western side. It marks the north-eastern limit of the basaltic antrim plateau.
